Philip’s Approach to Weight Loss
Philip utilizes three approaches to successful long term weightloss.
If you just need a little help to get rid of a few pounds and get back into shape, Hypnotherapy sessions are an easy and fast way to get yourself into the right mind set and get the motivation you need to loose weight and get rid of those few extra pounds.
Normally, only one session will be needed, but counseling support sessions can be taken if you feel this will be useful in achieving your goal.
More and more however, Philip is finding weight loss clients are benefiting from a course of The Mind Training Programme to help change the way they are thinking about food and their general attitude to losing weight. The aim here is long term change, rather than a quick fix which has a temporary positive effect but where you find yourself slipping into old habits and gaining weight again. This is not therapy, but a psychological training programme to help reprogram the way you think about food.
As with all the work Philip conducts, the session is focused on your needs, removing those psychological barriers that are stopping you getting to where you want to go.
