Information collected by us about you when in therapy
Details about you and your case are collated and saved via an electronic file and audio recordings. These files are stored on Microsoft One Drive, all files stored here are encrypted and require two step authentication security. The Apple software, Voice Memo is used to record your sessions. This is encrypted at source as well as when saved on Once Drive with two step authentication. The original audio recording is deleted as soon as it has been saved to One Drive. Audio recordings are not saved to iCloud.

Your files are stored for seven years before deletion. Should you require these files to be deleted sooner than this, you will need to provide written permission for us to do this. Once files are deleted, it takes 30 days for them to be completely deleted by One Drive.
Files are stored in case they are required by subpoena for Law Enforcement or a court case where you provide consent.
Should you require a copy of your notes or recordings, you will need to request this in writing.
If you feel that your data has been handled incorrectly, or you are unhappy with the way we have dealt with your query regarding the use of your personal data, you have the right to complain to the Jersey Office of The Information Commissioner JOIC) which regulates the use of information in Jersey.
